About Civora Network
Where good intentions become real impact
Civora Network is a volunteering and opportunity platform that connects people who want to help with the organisations that need them — across volunteer roles, internships, jobs and community events.
Our mission
Make it effortless to contribute
Willingness has never been the bottleneck. Finding the right opportunity is.
Every day, people look for a way to give their time and skills to something worthwhile — and give up because the search is scattered across noticeboards, inboxes and social feeds. Meanwhile, organisations doing essential work struggle to reach the very people who would gladly help them.
We built Civora Network to close that gap: one place where opportunities are published clearly, applications are tracked honestly, and both sides can see who they are dealing with before they commit.
A community is at its strongest when its people can find each other.

What we do
Four ways to get involved
Every listing comes from a registered organisation, with the details you need to decide before you apply.
Volunteer roles
Single shifts, ongoing commitments and skills-based volunteering — filtered by cause, location, remote working and the skills you actually want to use.
Internships
Structured placements that build real experience, with clear dates, stated expectations and a named organisation behind every listing.
Jobs board
Paid roles in the social and community sector, with transparent salary ranges, employment type and experience level on every posting.
Who it's for
Two sides, one platform
Whether you are offering your time or looking for people to help, the workflow is built for you.
For volunteers and job seekers
A profile that works for you, and one place to track everything you have applied to.
- Build a profile around your skills, availability and the causes you care about
- Get recommendations drawn from your skills and application history
- Apply in a few clicks and follow every application from submitted to accepted
- Message organisations directly, with the whole conversation in one thread
Our principles
Built on trust, by design
Bringing strangers together around meaningful work only holds up if everyone can rely on the basics.
Verified accounts
Every account confirms its email address before it can do anything, and organisations can apply for a verified badge that our team reviews by hand.
Privacy you control
You decide which parts of your profile are public. Sensitive details are never shown on public pages, and your data stays exportable and erasable on request.
Honest reviews
A review can only be left after a real engagement — an accepted application or an attended event — and every reported review goes to a moderation queue.
Questions
Frequently asked
The things people ask us most before they sign up.
Is it free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, browsing listings, applying to opportunities and RSVPing to events are free for individuals and always will be. Organisations can publish listings for free too; optional paid plans add extras such as featured placement.
Who can post opportunities?
Any registered organisation account can publish listings. Organisations may also submit documents for verification, which adds a verified badge to their public profile and to every listing they publish.
Do I need experience to volunteer?
Almost never. Most volunteer roles ask for enthusiasm and reliability rather than a CV. Where a specific skill or qualification really is required, the listing says so explicitly.
