As a Field Sales Representative Volunteer, you will be the face of Kegendary Smart Solutions on the ground. You won’t just be "talking" to clients; you will be identifying business pain points and presenting our premium digital and automation frameworks as the ultimate solution.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Field Prospection: Identify, map out, and visit potential B2B clients (SMEs, retail brands, local businesses, real estate firms) within assigned commercial zones.
Lead Generation & Pitching: Conduct professional face-to-face pitches to business owners and decision-makers, clearly explaining how our digital solutions drive revenue.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospects, managing follow-ups diligently to move leads closer to conversion.
Market Feedback: Gather crucial ground-level market insights, objections, and business needs to help our internal automation architects refine our product offerings.
Reporting: Document and report daily field activities, closed leads, and prospect feedback to the Operations Lead.
What We Are Looking For
The "Hunger" to Sell: You aren't afraid of the word "No." You view objections as puzzles to solve.
Strong Communicator: Bilingualism (French and English) is a massive asset. You must speak clearly, confidently, and professionally.
Locally Savvy: Deep familiarity with the commercial landscapes of Douala or Yaoundé.
Tech-Literate: Fast learner who can quickly grasp digital concepts, CRM/sales software concepts, and automation benefits.
Professional Presentation: Clean, sharp, and business-ready appearance at all times—you represent a premium brand.
No experience? No problem: A degree in marketing or business is a plus, but we value attitude, drive, and resilience over a piece of paper.
